Tremble is a high intensity, low impact heart pumping full body workout that combines the best of strength training, cardio and Pilates inspired movements all in one session on reformers. The goal is to make you stronger both mentally and physically. The instructors come from all sorts of different backgrounds including HIIT, cycle, pilates, and more and blend their styles creatively with the Tremble method. They also keep the music pumping to keep the energy up through class.
There are modifications that make the class accessible for people of all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or have been hitting the gym for years. The classes are small so that the instructor can give attention to each person.
