Norfork City Council to discuss non-compliant property related to FEMA


The Norfork City Council will hold a workshop meeting at 6:30 Tuesday at City Hall located at 49 City Hall Circle.Items on the agenda include review of July’s workshop and council meeting minutes, the monthly report of account balances, and discussion of Ordinance 2025-03 on the election of council members.
Unfinished business includes potential increases to water and sewer rates and installation fees, updates on ordinance violation letters, and a city sign update.




New business includes a legislative audit letter regarding the water and sewer audit, the appointment of Angie Parnell to Council Position 2 in Ward 3, the appointment of Hannah Hale to the Planning and Zoning Commission, and discussion of a non-compliant property related to FEMA requirements.

The public is encouraged to attend.
