Honoring Pineville firefighters who deployed to Kerrville, Texas, with Louisiana Urban Search and Rescue Task Force 4 to assist in recent flood recovery efforts.
Considering ordinances to amend the city’s tax collection process and adjust salaries for the mayor, city council, city clerk, and police chief.
Reviewing zoning petitions to expand the Mobile Home Overlay District and de-annex properties on Hickory Street.
Approving contracts for the Military Highway drainage improvement project and a water main extension along Edith Drive.
Declaring surplus items in the Public Works Department for sale or disposal.
Introducing an ordinance related to operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
The meeting will also include the July financial report and approval of minutes from the July 8 regular council meeting.
