Public hearings scheduled for Louisiana’s highway program
BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A series of legislative public hearings for the state’s Highway Priority Construction Program will be held this fall.
According to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, these hearings, conducted by the Joint Transportation, Highways and Public Works Committee, are to review highway construction priorities for the fiscal year 2026-27. A copy of the preliminary program will be available on Oct. 1.
