According to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office, Disch broke into a business in the 4000 block of W. Illinois Route 64 around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5th and stole numerous tools.
On Monday, August 11th, police conducted a follow-up investigation in the 100 block of S. Wesley Avenue and located multiple stolen items. Other items belonging to the victim were found in the 200 block of S. Wesley Avenue, police said.
Disch was arrested and charged with Theft and booked into the Ogle County Jail. He was later released under provisions of the Pretrial Fairness Act, with a notice to appear at a future court date.
