Arnold also has 34 grandchildren, 70 great-grandchildren, and 32 great-great-grandchildren.
Saturday night, family and friends gathered at the Hilton Garden Inn in Raleigh to celebrate her extraordinary life and wish her a happy birthday.
Arnold walked into the ballroom wearing a sparkling floor-length silver dress and even enjoyed some dancing. Silver foil balloons with the numbers 107 sat above her place of honor at the table.
Her daughter told CBS 17 that Arnold loves to go to church and enjoys time with her family.
