“It happened right away, as soon as construction started,” Warren said.
Warren said she has reached out to the city, hired a geotechnical engineer for advice and even installed a drainage system to help divert water, but she says that’s not enough.
“I haven’t gotten any resolution, and it is very frustrating,” Warren said. “I love this neighborhood, and I want to see it flourish.”
