ST. TAMMANY PARISH, La. (WGNO) — An anonymous tip reporting alleged drug activity in St. Tammany Parish, has led to the arrest of three people.
Deputies with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office said they were alerted of drug activity at a Slidell home in the 50000 block of Lillian Road.
On July 29, Narcotics Division detectives executed a search warrant where they allegedly found:
Also in the house were three residents, 65-year-old Charles Garcia, 53-year-old Dawn Frey and 18-year-old Isabella Evans. The three were arrested and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center.
According to deputies, Garcia and Frey are facing charges of:
Garcia is facing an additional charge of distribution of Marijuana. Evans is facing charges of possession of Marijuana (Over 14 Grams), possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
“Our residents continue to send the message they will not tolerate drugs and guns being sold in their neighborhoods. Thank you to the concerned citizen who provided this tip and to all of our citizens who continue to call us when they see or hear something suspicious,” said Sheriff Randy Smith.
