By rssfeeds-admin NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WANE) — A train collided with a semi near Dawkins Road on Thursday afternoon.
The semi was heading northbound when the train crashed into the side of the trailer. According to dispatch, there is no condition given for either party involved.
The crash occurred near the intersection of Dawkins and South Berthaud Road.
Poles with live wires that had been downed from the crash. Police are shutting down the road starting at the intersection of Ryan Road and Dawkins Road.
At one point, an ambulance left the scene without its lights on.
This investigation is ongoing.
