By rssfeeds-admin (KRON) — The California Highway Patrol Hayward Area office is investigating a Wednesday freeway shooting that initially shut down Interstate 880 southbound. The closure impacted Davis Street to Marina Boulevard before all lanes were reopened just before 4:15 p.m.
There are no injuries reported so far.
The motive and circumstances surrounding the shooting are not clear. CHP did not disclose the exact timing of the incident.
There have been no details released on suspects tied to the case.
