25 people taken to hospital after Delta flight from SLC experiences significant turbulence
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — 25 people were taken to the hospital after a Delta flight from Salt Lake City to Amsterdam experienced “significant turbulence,” and the flight was diverted to Minneapolis-Saint Paul (MSP) International Airport.
Delta flight DL56 encountered significant turbulence, and 25 people on board were transported to the hospital once the flight safely landed at MSP.

Medical personnel were waiting to meet the flight when it arrived in order to evaluate both passengers and crew. 25 people were then taken to the hospital for further evaluation and care.
