Police search for 2 women who removed ankle monitors, escaped facility
OWENSBORO, Ky. (FOX 56) — Police are searching for two women after they escaped from a transitional facility in Owensboro.

Kentucky State Police said Latavia Green and Eva Spencer removed their ankle monitors Monday afternoon and have not been seen since.

Both were under supervision at Dismas Charities—a facility for offenders re-entering the community.

Green is 25 years old and was serving time for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Spencer is 36 and was serving time for fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
