Officers had been surveilling the suspect for a month. Clark was seen selling drugs on multiple occasions, according to court records.
Authorities reported they saw Clark sell drugs to someone in the 500 block of East Jefferson Street, near a Mobil Gas Station. Officials proceeded to follow the suspect’s car and pull it over.
Deputies took Clark into custody and found cocaine and fentanyl in the vehicle.
Officers then searched a residence in the 1600 block of Columbia Avenue, where they found fentanyl, cocaine, heroin, cannabis, digital scales, cash and three handguns.
Clark was convicted in Winnebago County for delivering drugs in 2016, court documents show.
He is charged with three counts of possession of a weapon by a felon, manufacturing and delivering heroin, cannabis, fentanyl, cocaine and two counts of delivering non-narcotic drugs.
