PREVIOUS COVERAGE: Father of Daryus Bryant speaks out after second suspect appears in court
According to CPD, 20-year-old Jaquan Mahone, was taken into custody on Monday in Talbotton, Georgia by the department’s fugitive unit.
Mahone has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault, murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of crime.

He is now scheduled to appear in recorder’s court for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday at 8 a.m.
All three suspects who are accused of the murder are now in custody with 17-year-old Zion Horton was taken into custody in Coweta County, Georgia early July and 18-year-old Semaj Copeland turning himself into authorities.
Both Horton and Copeland made their initial court appearances and were both denied bond at the hearing.
