According to CPD, 20-year-old Jaquan Mahone, was taken into custody on Monday in Talbotton, Georgia by the department’s fugitive unit.

Mahone has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault, murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
WRBL News 3 was inside the courtroom where Mahone had a brief hearing after he hired a private attorney, but was not available to appear in court on Wednesday.
His court appearance has been rescheduled for Friday at 1:30 p.m.
