Shreveport Police Department relocating records office

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — The Shreveport Police Department central records office will be closed due to a planned relocation.

The records office will be closed on Wednesday, July 24, and Thursday, July 25. According to the press release, the move is part of a broader plan to transition personnel out of the current facility and prepare for a new and permanent Shreveport Police Headquarters.

Central Records will reopen at its new location on Monday, July 28, at 8:00 a.m. The new address is 1120 South Pointe Parkway, Building A.
