FIRE START: Rocket Garden fire starts in Box Elder County, reaches 278 acres

BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A fire started Friday afternoon in Box Elder County and has reached approximately 278 acres.

According to Utah Fire Info, a new fire started in Box Elder County on Friday afternoon. The fire, titled the Rocket Garden Fire, reached approximately 278 acres. Fortunately, forward progression has stopped.

Multiple resources responded to the fire. Since forward progression has stopped, local resources will be monitoring the fire overnight.

Utah Fire Info has said there will be no more updates, unless there are considerable changes.
