(WPHL) — Major League Baseball is coming to Philly in a new way in 2026.
Just days after Kyle Schwarber won All-Star Game MVP honors in Atlanta, the Phillies made history again as they prepare to be the next hosts of the Midsummer Classic.
According to the Phillies, the 2026 MLB All-Star Game, which will be MLB’s 96th Midsummer Classic, will mark the fifth time that the City of Philadelphia will host the event, and the first ever at Citizens Bank Park.
2026 is also the 250th Anniversary of American independence.
