Garage fire in Herndon injures 1 person

HERNDON, Va. (DC News Now) — Firefighters put out a fire that broke out inside a garage in Herndon on Thursday.

The Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department said crews were called to the 3000 block of Jeannie Anna Court for a house fire. There, they saw fire showing from the home’s attached garage.

One person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
