
According to court documents recently filed in Randolph County, Kylee Oliver was charged with two counts of child molesting, each a Level 3 felony.
On July 13, deputies with the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department were contacted regarding a possible sex offense that allegedly occurred at a home on S. Franklin Street in Lynn.
The documents alleged that Oliver reportedly molested a 13-year-old through sexual activity after a church camp earlier this year.
In an interview with Oliver, the documents claim that she admitted to molesting the 13-year-old through sexual acts at the Lynn home.
According to court documents, Oliver’s initial hearing is scheduled for July 21 in Randolph County. A Level 3 felony carries a prison sentence ranging from three to 16 years.
