WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Energy companies reported power outages throughout the DMV as storms swept through the area on Monday.
Storms brought flash flood warnings, thunderstorm warnings and tornado warnings to parts of the D.C. area.
As of 7:20 p.m., Pepco reported outages affecting 2,428 customers in D.C. and Maryland. Dominion Energy reported outages affecting 5,239 customers in Virginia.
