UNCASVILLE, Conn. (WWLP) – A person from Connecticut won the largest table game jackpot at Mohegan Sun in 2025, taking home over $2 million on a $5 side bet.
On Wednesday, July 9th, a guest was playing on a Spanish 21 table in the Casino of the Earth. They played the optional $5 Bonus Spin Xtreme side bet and spun Triple Diamonds, winning a total of $2,018,742.30. Mogehan Sun said that this is the biggest jackpot win so far this year, and is among the top five largest table game payouts ever at the casino.
Spanish 21 combines different variations of the traditional blackjack game with the multiple payoffs of a slot machine. There are sixteen Spanish 21 tables throughout the casino, including the one in the Casino of the Sky, which opened this new slot area in 2024.
