MH issues 29 building permits valued at $5.2 million for June

In June, 29 bulding permits were issued according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager, Jeannie Anderson.Two commercial sign permits were issued. The first went to the Baxter County Health Unit with a valuation of $500. The second went to Jordan’s Kwik Stop for a valuation of $18,450.
Seven commercial permits were issued in June. The first went to ARCare for a valuation of $1,028,160. The second went to Legacy Raquet & Fitness Gym valued at $57,111. The third went to Legacy Raquet & Fitness Cardio with a valuation of $165,402. The fourth went to Magness Holdings for a valuation of $100,000. The fifth to Tristen Hobbs with a valuation of $3,000. The sixth to Shadrach’s Coffee with a valuation of $150,000. The final commercial permit went to Tasty Greens To Go LLC for a valuation of $20,000.

In June, twenty residential permits were issued with the first going to JCT Ventures for a value of $170,000. Second went to Debra Jeffrey with a valuation of $2,000. The third went to Freedom Hobbs Landing for a valuation of $130,000. Fourth went to Martin Shuert for a valuation of $1,600. Fifth went to Teresa Porter with a valuation of $330,000. The sixth to Jonathon Spivey with a valuation of $250,000. The seventh went to Johnny Cortor with a valuation of $1,000. The eighth went to Justin Ulch for a valuation of $350,000. The final twelve went to Glenbriar Commons for 12 new residential buildings with a total valuation of $2,400,000.
