Four commercial permits were issued in May. The first was for a remodel at Baxter Health located at MAB 2nd floor with a valuation of $722,700. Another commercial permit was given to Parker’s Pub at 511 S Baker for a value of $52,546. A third was issue to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet at 759 Hwy 62 E 311 for $343,952. The last commercial permit was issued to Ozark Opportunities Inc at 1206 E 9th St. valued at $68,000.
In May, four residential ACC structures were issued with the first going to William Denton at 1905 Honeysuckle for $6,520. The second went to Barbara Gifford of 1175 Main St. for a value of $3,000. The next went to Dalina Glolson at 914 W North St. for a value of $300 while the final permit went to Donald Adams of 600 Bluemont Ave. for a valuation of $7,952.
One residential remodel permit went to Lyndle Mccurley at 908 Oak Meadow valued at $5,000.
Four new residential building permits were issued, three of which went to Freedom Hobbs at 1421, 1441 and 1438 Hobbs Ct. for a total of $450,000 and the final permit of the month went to JCT Ventures LLC on behalf of Jordan Turner at 1508 Hallmark Cir. for a construction value of $170,000.
