Garland’s Art Vibe exhibition is back: Enter and win prize money

GARLAND (KDAF) — The Garland Cultural Arts Commission is now accepting submissions for Art Vibe Garland, its third annual juried art exhibition spotlighting 2D visual artists from Garland and the greater North Texas area.

Open to artists working in two-dimensional media—such as painting, drawing, digital art, printmaking, and collage—Art Vibe is more than just a traditional exhibit. Selected works will be displayed across eight locations throughout Garland, inviting the public to explore the full show.

The deadline to enter is Friday, July 25, and chosen artists will be notified by July 29. The show will run August 13 through September 9, giving participants extended visibility and the chance to earn one of eight Juror’s Choice Awards—each worth $100.
