Check your ticket: $1M Powerball prize sold in Kentucky

KENTUCKY (FOX 56) — The Kentucky Lottery said a $1 million winning ticket has been sold.

The ticket was bought at an Owensboro Kroger on Starlite Drive. Monday’s winning Powerball numbers were 33 – 35 – 58 – 61 – 69, Powerball 25.

The million-dollar ticket matched every number but the Powerball.

Another winning ticket worth $50,000 was sold out of Louisville, at Cox’s Smokers Outlet on Westport Road. That ticket matched four of the white balls.

The Kentucky Lottery advises the winners to

  • Sign the back of their tickets immediately
  • Keep tickets in a secure location
  • Claim prize within 180 days of the drawing

Winners must claim their prize at the lottery headquarters at 1011 W. Main Street in Louisville, according to the release.

Winners are asked to contact the Kentucky Lottery at 1-877-789-4532 to make an appointment to claim their prize.

There was no winner of the Powerball jackpot.

The jackpot is at an estimated $216 million. The next drawing is scheduled at 11 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9.
