Brownsburg VA Pharmacy to close later this month

BROWNSBURG, Ind. — Officials with the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center confirmed with FOX59/CBS4 that the VA Pharmacy in Brownsburg will close later this month.

According to a statement, the VA Brownsburg Pharmacy, located at 557 Pit Road in Brownsburg, will close on July 25.

Officials said in the statement that the pharmacy was “only filling roughly 40 prescriptions per day.” The resources and staff of the Brownsburg location are being relocated to the Roudebush VA Medical Center, located at 1481 W 10th Street in Indianapolis.

  • For urgent or time-sensitive medications:
    • Pick up from thousands of in-network community pharmacies nationwide, including Walgreens or CVS, using a voucher provided to them by their care provider
    • Pick up or courier service from the Roudebush VA Medical Center
