Police say the shooting occurred in the 100 block of Fifth Street within the Delaware City Trailer Park.
22-year-old Shane Brank, a mixed-race male, approximately 5’6” tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown eyes, was named a person of interest.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and a black beanie. He fled the area on foot in an unknown direction.
Police say they believe he is armed and urge the public to use “extreme caution”.
