The Mobile Access Partnership (MAP) will open at Lets Help Inc. on July 8 at 245 Southwest MacVicar. MAP is a collaboration between multiple partners to provide resources to Topeka’s unsheltered population.
MAP will serve as the home base for the All Hands On Deck campaign to end chronic homelessness in Topeka. Impact Avenues, a program that focuses on reducing student homelessness in Topeka and Shawnee County, will collaborate on the One-Stop Homeless Resource Center.
“This is more than just a service launch—it’s a visible sign of what’s possible when a community comes together with purpose,” said Barry Feaker, Founder and CEO of Compassion Strategies Inc. “MAP is about meeting people where they are and walking with them toward stability and dignity. We believe this partnership is a major step forward in bringing hope and solutions to those who have often been overlooked.”
Partners involved in the MAP include:
- Baker School of Nursing
- Doorstep, Inc
- Kansas Department of Health and Environment
- Kansas Lifeline Program
- Kansas State University

- PARS
- Positive Connections
- Salvation Army
- Scotch Cleaners
