According to police, officers responded to Belmont Avenue after getting a report of a person pouring an “unknown substance” on parked cars. When officers arrived, they found more cars on Lorewood Avenue and Mary Street covered in the same liquid.
After obtaining surveillance video, police say it shows the suspect, a woman wearing a pink top, black shorts, and slide sandals, pouring motor oil on parked cars.
