Dramapalooza celebrates adult disability talent in North Texas

GARLAND (KDAF) — Starting at 2 p.m. on July 13, Dramapalooza is coming to Plaza Theatre!

Presented by Garland Parks and Recreation, this annual event celebrates the talents of adults with disabilities through musical theatre. Founded in 2003, Dramapalooza provides a stage for 15 to 20 performers who spend weeks learning lines, songs, choreography, and the ins and outs of putting on a show.

From curtain call to closing number, the performance is a powerful reminder of what inclusion, creativity, and community can look like when we lift each other up. Admission is free and open to the public.
