By rssfeeds-admin LEESBURG, Va. (DC News Now) — A man was charged with raping a minor, according to the Leesburg Police Department (LPD).
LPD said the assault happened in a home along Heritage Way in February, but it was not reported until May.
As a result, 45-year-old Alex Martinez was arrested on June 27. He was charged with rape, forcible sodomy, abduction with intent to defile and solicitation of a minor.
Martinez was taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
