Fremont road closes after Sunday evening car crash

(KRON) — Officers responded to a car crash Sunday evening in Fremont, the Fremont Police Department said. The crash happened around 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Gurdawra Road.

Fremont police did not report any injuries at this time. The public is asked to avoid the area and find alternative routes as police have closed the road.

The road closure is expected to last about two hours until around 9 p.m., according to Fremont police. No other information was immediately available.
