Cool Monday ahead of Bay Area warm up

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — It’s one of our cooler days of the forecast Monday. Temperatures are expected in the upper 50s at the coast to mostly 80s at the warmest inland.

The region will see clouds in the morning before afternoon sunshine. There’s a chance of thunderstorms north of the Bay Area and, along with that, red flag warnings for the North Coast mountains through the evening tonight into tomorrow.

Temperatures will gradually trend warmer throughout the week.
