Rockford Police raid drug house; 2 suspects in custody

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Christian Daniel, 19, and Larenzo Kinard, 45, on weapons and drug charges.

Officers were called to the 3400 block of Ridge Avenue after multiple complaints from residents about the house.

Narcotics detectives investigated the situation, which resulted in a search warrant being granted to detectives.

During the search, officials recovered cannabis, packaging material and a handgun.

Daniel is charged with intent to deliver cannabis.

Kinard is charged with possessing a weapon without a FOID.

Both are currently lodged in the Winnebago County Jail.

Kinard’s mugshot was not readily available.
