Aircraft are sourcing water from Lake Powell, particularly in the Rainbow Bridge National Monument area. As a result, temporary flight restrictions are in place for boaters and pilots.

For those recreating on Lake Powell, boaters are asked to be aware of changing visibility conditions and plan accordingly.

Though evacuations are not in place, the American Red Cross is on standby, and evacuation zones have been identified.
