By rssfeeds-admin MUNCIE, Ind. — A 39-year-old man is dead after suffering a gunshot wound in Muncie.
Police arrived at East Centennial Avenue Wednesday morning to find a man inside the residence with a severe gunshot injury.
According to a press release from the Muncie Police Department, he was transported to IU Health/Ball Memorial Hospital, where he later died. MPD said a male suspect has been taken into custody, and the police have stated that there is no longer a threat to the community.
