NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — They’ve been busy.
Polishing up their act.
Actually, polishing up your act, according to WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood.
They’ve been around for almost 80 years. It’s a family business.
And their business is making just about anything shine.
“It’s New Orleans’ rich architecture, history. I think we bring a beauty back to things that make our city come alive and we bring that sparkle back,” said Corey.
Corey and Blake McCloskey are a husband-and-wife tag team of polishers.
They run Zito’s from their Mid-City headquarters.
From floor lamps to chandeliers to a police officer’s badge, they put the shine back into it.
“Whether it’s a family heirloom or a sacred vessel, we really bring the life back to these pieces,” said Corey.
