Jersey Mike’s and new Mediterranean restaurant coming to Loves Park

LOVES PARK, Ill. (WTVO) — Jersey Mike’s is poised to open a new sandwich shop location in the Rockford area, alongside a new restaurant offering Mediterranean cuisine.

First Midwest Group announced that Jersey Mike’s and Tahini’s will be going in at the Loves Park Crossings shopping center at the corner of Forest Hills and Riverside Blvd.

The shopping center is located on the outlot of the former K-Mart building, which also contains a Taco Bell and an ALDI’s.

Starbucks, ATI, and a Verizon store currently occupy the center.

Jersey Mike’s first Rockford location is located at 6284 E. State Street in Rockford. The submarine sandwich company has about 3,500 locations throughout the United States.
