ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Jerome Brack Jr., 20, on a slew of charges, including armed robbery.
On April 18, officers were called to Swedish American Hospital for a victim who had been attacked and had visible injuries.

Officers found a loaded handgun with no serial number, which Brack later admitted was his during an interview.
Brack is charged with two counts of possession of a firearm without a FOID, aggravated battery while using a deadly weapon, armed robbery with a firearm, aggravated unlawful possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a firearm without a serial number.
