Female-founded clothing brand empowers moms
Founders from Clover Baby & Kids share how they juggle their personal and professional lives all while running a popular female-founded brand.

“Clover started eight years ago. We were at the very beginning of our parenting journey and we realized our kids were living in pjs. The heart of the brand is really about being functional,” said Nikki Elkins.

Between the three female founders they have seven children.

“I think that’s one of the wonderful things about owning a company as a mom is you really get to bring your kids along for the journey. While it’s kind of hard and there’s a lot of gray area dividing parenting and running a company, we feel really lucky that we can just get them involved in it and show them how wonderful it is and fulfilling it can be to own a business,” said Jenna Burnip.

All of the company’s prints are created to celebrate family moments whether it’s holiday pajamas or Jersey Shore seagulls.

“It used to be a lot of our family and friends really supporting the brand and now it’s gotten so much bigger than that and it still feels like our little brand that we’re so proud of, but it’s awesome just to see people supporting it so much,” said Jenna.
