According to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, around 5:43 p.m., a Volvo, driven by a 29-year-old Chicago man, was headed west on E. Maple Beach Drive and failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection with N. Hillside Drive. There, he collided with a Ford F150 driven by a 27-year-old man from Oshkosh.
The driver of the Volvo was extricated from the vehicle with major but non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
The driver of the F150 suffered minor injuries.
Currently, police said no criminal charges are being pursued by the sheriff’s office.
