Six horses die in Harvard barn fire
HARVARD, Ill. (WTVO) — Six horses were killed in a Harvard barn fire Sunday night.

According to the Harvard Protection District, firefighters were called to the scene, in the 19100 block of Crowley Road, around 11:58 p.m. and found a 50’x60′ barn fully engulfed in flames.

Authorities said the fire was threatening a second, larger barn, so additional reinforcements were called in from neighboring fire departments.
