Gassville in the Park start delayed until noon due to weather

The Gassville in the Park event scheduled for today will have a delayed start due to inclement weather.

According to Gassville Mayor Jeff Braim the parade will now start at noon.

Along with the parade starting at noon, Mayor Braim says booths can wait until noon to setup or use their discretion if they’d like to set up earlier. Live music performed by the Leslie Williams Band will also start at noon, with the Ozark Mountain Bluesmen to follow.

Mayor Braim says the delays are to ensure the safety of attendees, vendors and the staff that worked hard to make this event possible but he appreciates the patience and looks forward to still have a day of fun for everyone.

The Gassville City Park is located on Highway 345 South in Gassville.
