On May 29, around 11 p.m., officers saw a vehicle with an out-of-date registration that failed to stop in front of a stop sign, according to court records. The car proceeded to turn left onto 7th Avenue.
Authorities pulled the suspect’s vehicle over near 19th Street and 7th Avenue. Police smelled raw cannabis when they approached the car, court records show.
When officers searched the vehicle further, they found cannabis, cocaine and a loaded pistol.
