RPD gang unit raids home, finds firearms and a stolen car
ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Demarland Rollins, 21, Marquice Rollins, 18, and two juveniles during a weapons raid on Thursday.

Around 10:45 a.m., officers searched a duplex in the 400 block of 11th Street. Authorities found the suspects outside the home and took them into custody.

Officials found a stolen Volkswagen, a loaded pistol, ammunition and cannabis.

Demarland Rollins was wanted on unrelated warrants and was charged with a domestic violence incident on May 27th.

Marquice Rollins is charged with two counts of possession of a firearm without a FOID and illegal possession of ammunition without a FOID.

Court records did not show whether the two juveniles were charged with any crimes.
