There will be a small chance for the development of showers and storms later on today, otherwise we stay dry and warm for Memorial Day.
Tomorrow evening brings more scattered chances for rain into the area. The rest of this week looks increasingly soggy for us in SE LA. Around 6 p.m. Tuesday showers and a few storms start up along the southern MS/LA state line and dip southward early into the night. Impacting the north shore first, before reaching the coast.
Wednesday also brings the chance for moments of heavy rainfall throughout the afternoon. Highs much cooler in the mid to lower 80s by the end of this week.
