HowTo: Send All Non-Compliant Users an Assignment Reminder
These steps will show you how to send a nudge to all non-compliant users.
In the Power Platform:
Click on Users under the selected customer.
Click on the ellipsis (…) to the right of the user you want to send a reminder to.
Clickon “Send Outstanding Assignments“.
Alternatively, you could send the reminder to all users at once, by clicking on the Green Outstanding Assignmentsbutton and clicking on the green Send button.
Done.
In the Autopilot Platform:
Click on Users under the selected customer.
Click on the ellipsis (…) to the right of the user you want to send a reminder to.
Clickon “Send Outstanding Assignments“.
Alternatively, you could send the reminder to all users at once, by clicking on the EMAILOUTSTANDING ASSIGNMENTSbutton and clicking on the green YES, SEND button.
