Schedule for Carb Day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway

INDIANAPOLIS — Friday marks Carb Day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

IndyCar drivers will hit the track for the final practice before Sunday’s Indianapolis 500. Teams will also make last-minute adjustments to their cars to finalize their race setups.

For fans, Carb Day kicks off race weekend with a concert. This year’s headliners are Bret Michaels and The All-American Rejects.

Other events include the Wienie 500–in which six of Oscar Mayer’s famous Wienermobiles will vie for bragging rights–and the Pit Stop Challenge.

Here’s a look at the Miller Lite Carb Day schedule:

  • 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Public Gates Open
  • 11 a.m.-1 p.m. NTT INDYCAR SERIES Final Practice
  • 2 p.m. Wienie 500 and Concert Gates Open
  • 2:30-4 p.m. Oscar Mayer $150,000 Pit Stop Challenge
  • 4-6 p.m. Miller Lite Carb Day Concert (Bret Michaels and The All-American Rejects)
