On May 12, around midnight, authorities were called to a hit-and-run crash near Pine Tree Plaza at 2900 Deerfield Drive. Larson was driving a Ford Taurus when he struck one of two individuals on motorized bikes, officials reported.
Larson proceeded to flee the scene, according to a press release.
The victim sustained significant injuries and was taken to a local hospital to be treated.
After the investigation, police determined the crash was intentional.
Larson was taken into custody and is being held in the Rock County Jail until his initial court appearance.
He is charged with two counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and hit-and-run causing great bodily injury.
